HOUDA HIJAB Malaysia

Sunday

MULTICULTURE NIGHT. AGAIN.

This event happens every semester. Performances, food, meetings etc. Basically it's just an excuse for people   to have a reason just to get out of the house. For me, it's just an event where I can eat. But not this time. I need to get my body to its size a year ago way back when before I was pregnant. Mission, I would say 60% in progress.

Anyway, performances are basically ritual. Almost the same every year. It's just this time around, there are newbies Malaysian that I just met. But mostly, I keep myself with the people I'm familiar with. Not much pictures taken this time. There's much to learn with this new camera. Baby step Hudda. Be patient.

Newbies or oldies, we mix. :)

Tuesday

RAMADHAN, WE MEET AGAIN.

This is the third year me being away from my family on Ramadhan. That include my parents and siblings. It wasn't so bad for the past years. It's just that it's different this time cos of Baby Nadira. Last time it's just the two of us. Now it's three. I used to go shopping for two, now it's three. Well, basically its almost for Baby Nadira now days. Baby girl's clothing and accessories are just too cute too ignore. I can't help myself.

Anyway, it feels a bit weird because it's been awhile since I'm apart from Mr Hubby and Baby Nadira. I used to have both of them with me, and now I'm alone. I can see them, but I can't hold them. Do you know what it's like? Of cos you do, right? It's like wanting to have something but you can never have that something. Get it? Urrgghhhh! I hate it! Hate it!

So back to Ramadhan. It's the most precious month is Islamic calendar. I take being apart from my lovelies and all other drama in Ramadhan as a guide for me into being a better muslimah. InsyaAllah. I'm here in Launceson, miles away from my family, and yet I still found love. I have friends here who care and love me here. Alhamdulillah for that. Hopefully, Ramadhan this year will give me the strength and fill my soul into being a better person.

Here is how we Malaysian celebrate the night before Ramadhan; Launnie style. :)

SOMETHING IS MISSING.

She is.
I miss my her.
I miss Baby Nadira.
I miss my daughter.
She is million miles away.
Wish she is here in my arms now.

Video was taken few days before I left her back home. She starts to make sounds like aaaaooo and such. Sort of  trying to speaks to us. She had hiccup while talking to me in this vid. Pretty cute. :)

While in this vid, it was the morning before I left her. This was after she had shower and ready to dress. My parents was there. She learn to smile and laugh already. My father was playing with her at this time cos she loves it when people tickle her.

Mama will be home soon ok.
Mama miss you so much.

Sunday

A HOLE.

Marriage is huge.
It'll take everything away and sacrifices must be made.
Make sure you marry the right person.

Thursday

DUE TO RAIN.

So I went out to kill time. It's pretty boring here on semester's break since everyone is out of town. Get my camera on and get to the city. Trying to enjoy the day when it's cold. Nothing really goes as plan. It's was raining. Pretty heavy I can say.

You know, for a shopaholic like myself, it's really dangerous for me to go to the city where all the sales is going on. Since it's raining, I needless to say; HAVE to go to the mall while waiting for the rain to stop. Well I don't have to explain to you what happened in there. My wallet just couldn't get enough.

The rain stops. Flowers are beautiful this time around. Saw this lady who sell flowers and snap some photos from her stall. Guess she been to Malaysia. She said the lovely orchid is from Cameron Highland!
I'm proud to be Malaysian! Hell jeah!

Didn't get much action today. End up went back home early and spent the night in warm bed. :)

5 DAYS.

It's been 5 days since I left everything back home. I'm here, back in Launceston. It's cold and boring. Alone at home. I miss Baby Nadira so much. Keep thinking how is she doing. Does she sleeps well? Does she eat well? Have she had shower? Has her ears and nose been clean? Aaarrghhh! I hate this feeling of lost something that I own for a while. Can they take care of her the way I do? I'm her mother, of cos I want everything to be perfect for her. You can't blame me for that.

On my desk right now full of her pictures. On bed I have her shirt. In my beg, I have her pants. I have to smell her before I can fall asleep. She is million miles away and I would take the flight back home just for a hug. I miss my baby girl. I really do! :(
I need to keep myself busy in order to stay focus. I'm focusing right now. Hmmmm... Not working. *Big sigh

Now, I'm busy settling my things here. Got a new place to stay and busy moving and packing. Class starts next week; my mind still back home. Hummp! I talk to Mr hubby everyday, but it's not the same with him. Baby Nadira is like a new toy for me. I sleep I see her. Wake up I see her. Before I sleep I see her. I'm sleepy right now and it's only 6:40pm. Hmmm...

Last pictures of us before we are apart. Miss them so much.

Mama will be back home soon ok dear. :)

ILYMS.
